Worthy Brother Knights.
I just wanted to update all of you on what a tremendous, successful Lenten fish dinner we had last Friday. We served 225 dinners in two hours. I’m particularly happy with the number of volunteers that we had from many of our own Knights to parishioners that are not Knights. We needed all of their hands to have accomplished this feet. Here is a picture that I took in the kitchen with my dear friend Chef, Bahaa Katchi, and our own Knight Mike Micene. Bahaa is buttering the fish and Mike is seasoning it to perfection. Everyone was raving about how delicious the food was. We can’t wait to duplicate this event next year during Lent and hopefully we’ll have it every Friday with an expanded menu like pierogies, mac & cheese, etc. please consider volunteering for more events that are coming up. You will feel great afterwards and you will have so much fun like we did. Thank you, God bless all.
