Brothers,
Just in case you did not see this article in last week’s bulletin, I wanted to make sure to share it with you all, especially since we have a lot of Knights that are Eucharist Ministers.
I am part of a team of sacristans that serve at the 10AM Sunday Mass. It
is our largest attended Mass of the week and we are normally blessed to have
enough Eucharistic Ministers available to offer both the Body and Precious Blood. However, sometimes
we struggle to find enough ministers available 15 minutes before Mass to assist and am asking for your
help to make sure we can continue to provide both the Eucharist and the Precious Blood.
1) If you are not a trained Eucharist Minister, please consider joining this ministry. It is a blessing to
share Jesus with our brothers and sisters in Christ. You can contact Marie Coules (586) 601-5497 for more information.
2) If you are currently a trained Eucharist Minister, we kindly ask that you sign up 15-20 minutes early to
Mass. If we do not have enough cup ministers 15 minutes prior to Mass, we can not offer the Precious
Blood.
