June Business Meeting Minutes

Good Morning, Brothers!!!!

Attached are the minutes from the June Business Meeting.

Business Meeting Minutes June 2026

Two things to point out:

  • Our St. John’s Bonfire is coming up (June 27) – We are hoping this becomes our big annual event, but we need your help to make that happen. Please consider signing up to help where you can.  We’ve broken down most of the shifts to be 1 – 1.5 hours, so you have the option of working half and enjoying half, or working two different stations, or spending the entire night at one station. Being our first time doing this, we don’t know what we don’t know, so having extra hands will be helpful.  We’ve got a pretty light summer as far as activities, so no worries of burn out (see what I did there?).   It looks to be a fun night of fellowship, food, and friends.  We’ve also added “Burn Your Burdens” where people will write down their burdens on paper and we will put them all in a box to burn at the bonfire.  Collection of the burdens will happen the night of, but also this weekend (June 20-21) at all masses, so if you can help be at the table to collect at whatever mass you attend, that would be great, too.  Signup for both can be found here:  Help at Mass and Help at Bonfire

  • As our fraternal year closes at the end of the month, our Treasurer has been working on the list of budgeted items for the new year. Please consider attending the July Business meeting as we will be discussing the items in the budget to be put for a vote.
