Brothers,
As we prepare for the St. John the Baptist Bonfire event, the City of Troy requires us to submit a simple scaled site plan showing the church, parking lot, and the location of the bonfires.
This is not a complicated architectural drawing — just a simple diagram with distances that can be submitted with our fire permit.
Before we pay someone to do it, I wanted to check if anyone in the council (or your family) happens to have drafting, CAD, engineering, or architectural experience and could help us put together a quick site plan.
It should only take 30–60 minutes for someone familiar with drawing or CAD.
If you can help, please let me know. It would be a big help to the council and the event planning team.
Thank you!

I can certainly make a rendering of the grounds with fire locations and measurements relative to buildings. I just need to know where each bonfire will be located, and I’ll take measurements and make the rendering.
