For our April social, I will be hosting Texas Hold ‘Em poker in the DC. This is open for all Knights, their family and friends. Whether you recently won the World Series of Poker tournament or a new to the game, all are invited. Please note that we will not be gambling with money as that requires a gambling license. Instead, we will just play for fun with poker chips and enjoying each other’s company. If you are attending, please add your name to the sign-up sheet below so I can get a general headcount.
If you are not sure how to play or need a refresher, here is a good video to watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ep1riICX-KU. Additionally, watching the movie Rounders, James Bond Casino Royale or listening to Kenny Roger’s The Gambler could provide useful strategies.
Please bring your own drinks and snacks. If you happen to have extra poker chips or cards, bring them as well. If you have questions, feel free to email/text me. See you on Thursday!
